TAR24 – Training Rally 19/20 November 2016.
The format of the weekend would be that the Saturday morning would be training based – how to get the stuff you are given into some kind of a format where you can get a route onto your GPS that has the bonus locations which you have chosen on it. Then on the Saturday afternoon we will run a 24 hour rally, where you will ride the route you have worked out, finishing on the Sunday afternoon, 24 hours later.
Registrations are open and to attend this rally, riders and pillions need to register at Ride Master
The inaugural IBA European Tour was held in September 2014 and was organised and hosted but IBA Germany & IBA Ireland, the event’s aim was to give the long distance riding community in Europe a chance to ride a multi-day event similar to those held in the US.
The Iron Butt Rally is held in the United States every two years. Although we have looked into moving the rally to other countries, only Australia offers the wide-open spaces without international borders for the running of this 11 day, 11,000 mile plus marathon.
