Among 24 world records broken in August 1920 Harold Parsons established a world record for 24 hours with a ride of 1114.25 miles on his Indian Scout 600cc, utilising a triangular course from Sale-Stratford-Maffra-Sale.
2026 is the 44th running of the Harold Parsons Memorial Ride, put on by the Maffra-Sale Motorcycle Club. Its a 180 km closest to nominated average speed time trial with various classes and lunch break included.

The ride can only be done in Australia or New Zealand, for that very reason and the dates available take in the 24th, 25th and the 26th of April each and every year.
Addittional Requirements include the need to spell out ANZAC by visiting locations in the right order and obtaining proof
